You give us what you already have: references, preferences, a description of one core product or service, a logo if there is one, photos of the team, the office, the workshop, or the product. Whatever is missing, we create it: a logo if you have none, the structure, the copy, the design direction.

We decide how the site should be built. Sometimes that is one page. Sometimes it is ten. We build the site that fits the business, not a fixed template stretched to cover it.

If you don't love it

You are not trapped. You are renting.

If the first version does not land, the first $99 is not refunded, and you owe us nothing further. We keep the domain and hosting we set up, because that infrastructure was never yours on the WAAS plan. No further bill, no awkward conversation, no contract to break.

If it does land, the site keeps running for as long as the monthly fee is paid. There is no freeze option and no pause button. If the payment stops, the site is switched off. That is the entire mechanism: pay, and the site is live.

The buyout

Rent it for $99. Buy it outright for $2,000.

At any point while the current month is paid, you can buy the whole project outright for a flat $2,000: the build, the domain, and the work we've put in, transferred under the terms of the WAAS agreement. Most businesses treat the monthly fee as a trial for a project they intend to own.

Before you start with WAAS

Is the first $99 refundable?

No. The first paid $99 is non-refundable. If you decide the site is not for you, you owe nothing further, and we keep the domain, hosting, and work built under the WAAS plan.

Can I pause the subscription?

No. There is no freeze option. If a payment is missed, the site is switched off until the account is current again.

Who owns the domain?

Monika controls and manages the domain and hosting under the WAAS plan, until you complete a buyout and the domain is transferred under the agreement's terms.

How many pages do I get?

As many as the business needs, decided by us after we see your materials. Often one page. Sometimes five to ten.
