Monika WAAS agreement
Price: $99 per month, billed by invoice.
What's included: website design and development, hosting, domain, required plugins, initial copy and design, ongoing site management, and up to 2 hours of minor monthly changes (content and image swaps; not structural redesign or new functionality).
Delivery: within 7 days of receiving the client's available materials and information.
Domain & hosting control: Monika registers, controls, and manages the domain and hosting for the duration of the WAAS agreement.
No freeze: there is no option to pause billing while keeping the site live. An unpaid month results in the site being switched off until payment resumes.
Cancellation: the client may stop the WAAS agreement at any time, subject to the current paid period, with no further payment obligation.
If the first build isn't wanted: the first paid $99 is non-refundable. The client owes nothing further, and Monika does not transfer the domain, hosting, or Monika-built assets.
Buyout: at any point while the current month is paid, the client may buy out the project for a flat $2,000. On completion of the buyout, the domain, hosting account (or a clean transfer path to client-controlled hosting), and project assets are transferred to the client under the terms confirmed at buyout.
Monika SYSTEM agreement
Price: $2,000 total, billed by invoice as $1,000 upfront and $1,000 after the client approves the presented, completed project.
What's included: website design and development on client-owned infrastructure, growth strategy, productology review, client acquisition strategy, a financial model for the site, an SEO/GEO/AIO foundation, and a founder social media strategy.
What's not included: domain registration, hosting, and plugin costs (paid by the client directly), and ongoing advertising spend or unlimited monthly marketing management (available as a separate, explicit engagement).
Delivery: within 7 days of receiving the client's available materials and information.
Approval mechanism: the second $1,000 invoice is issued after Monika presents the completed project and the client confirms approval in writing (email is sufficient). If the client has concerns at presentation, Monika will work through them before the second invoice is issued.
Ownership: because the SYSTEM build runs on infrastructure the client already owns and pays for, ownership of the site sits with the client from the start, subject to full payment of both invoices.
Shared terms
Both agreements are billed strictly by invoice. There are no hidden fees: any cost not listed on the relevant page or in this agreement will be quoted separately and confirmed with the client before it is charged.
Monika WAAS and Monika SYSTEM are offered by FOP Pimenov Volodymyr Volodymyrovych (Individual Entrepreneur Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Pimenov), RNOKPP 3080422932, registered address 96 B. Tena St., apt. 40, Zhytomyr, 10024, Ukraine. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Where payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice, remittance details are: IBAN UA393052990000026005006404921, JSC CB "PrivatBank", branch "Pivnichno-zakhidne No. 87".
