Monika WAAS
The first paid $99 is non-refundable. If you decide the initial build isn't for you:
- You owe nothing further.
- Monika does not transfer the domain, hosting, or project assets built under the WAAS plan.
- The buyout option ($2,000, any time the current month is paid) remains available separately if you change your mind later.
Every subsequent month is billed the same way: pay, and the site stays live. There is no partial refund for a month already paid, and no freeze option in place of cancellation.
Monika SYSTEM
Monika SYSTEM is billed in two parts: $1,000 upfront, and $1,000 after the client approves the completed, presented project.
- The second $1,000 is only invoiced after approval, so you see the finished work before that payment is due.
- Monika does not offer a blanket refund guarantee on the first $1,000 beyond what is set out here; any additional refund rights are governed by the signed Public Agreement and applicable law.
- If concerns come up at presentation, Monika works through them with the client before the second invoice is issued.
What this page does not cover
This page describes Monika's standard refund terms. It does not override consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law, and any additional or different terms agreed in writing for a specific project take precedence over this general policy.
